Whether you're seeking assistance with daily activities, Personal Care, Domestic Assistance, we have a solution to meet your needs. are listed on our services page 


You don't need a case manager to access our services. However, if you have one, we’re happy to work alongside them to ensure your care is well-coordinated and tailored to your needs 


 

No, you don’t need to be with a specific provider to access our services. We work with clients who are:

  • Self-managed
     
  • Plan-managed (NDIS)
     
  • Home Care Package recipients (My Aged Care)
     
  • Privately funded

My Aged Care is the Australian Government’s central hub for aged care services. It’s designed to help older Australians, their families, and carers navigate aged care options. Through My Aged Care, you can:

  • Learn about different types of support available
     
  • Find local service providers
     
  • Apply for an assessment to determine your eligibility for government-funded care

A Home Care Package is a government-funded program designed to help older Australians live independently at home. The package includes a range of services based on your care needs. The services are tailored to your specific requirements and can include:


  • Personal care (assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming)
     
  • Domestic assistance (help with cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation)
     
  • Nursing care (medication management, wound care, and other health services)


  • Community Accessibility (assistance with attending appointments, shopping, social outings, and participating in community events or activities — all tailored to individual needs and preferences) 


  • Respite (assistance may be a few hours, overnight, or extended stays, respite care ensures continuity of quality support in a safe, comfortable environment — either at home or out in the community)
     
  • Social support (companionship, transport to appointments, and social outings)
  • Palliative care (support during end-of-life care)
     

The services provided depend on the level of Home Care Package you are eligible for, ranging from Level 1 (basic care needs) to Level 4 (high-level care needs). After an assessment by the Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT), you’ll receive a package tailored to your needs.


 

Government support for care services is available through programs like My Aged Care and the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme).

  • If you’re over 65 (or over 50 for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people), you can apply for support through My Aged Care.
     
  • If you’re under 65 with a permanent disability, you may be eligible for funding through the NDIS.
